Terms - Unless otherwise stated, the minimum rental is 1 week and shall be Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival/Departure Times - Unless otherwise specified, check-in is at 2 p.m., and check-out is at 9 a.m.

Payments - Unless otherwise agreed, the full rental balance is due upon arrival.

Security Deposit - Unless otherwise agreed, a fully refundable security deposit is due within one week to secure the reservation. The deposit amount varies depending upon total number of occupants, length of stay, pets, etc but will be approximately 25 to 50% of the rental total.

Smoking - In consideration of our other guests, no smoking is allowed within the homes.

Pets - Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed.

Utilities - Unless otherwise specified, all utilities are included. Please inquire concerning availability of telephone and internet service.

Cellular Service - Cellular service in rural and coastal Maine can be sporadic. Most of the rental properties have cellular coverage but service is not guaranteed.

Cancellation - If cancellation of your reservation is required, we will gladly refund your security deposit if the vacancy is refilled. Otherwise, the payment will not be refunded. If, during your rental stay an early departure is necessary, full payment of the rental term is required.

Specific winter or yearly lease terms and quotes are available upon request. Long term lease applications (greater than 90 day occupancy) require our "Prospective Long Term Tenant Lease Application" to be completed and submitted.
